Latvia's victory means that they will be promoted to the UEFA Nations League.
League C of the UEFA Nations League was promoted by Latvia after they were held to a draw by Andorra this afternoon.

Victor Stina’s second goal in the final seconds of the game at least ensured a winning end to the campaign for Moldova, seeing Liechtenstein fall agonisingly short of their first point of the group in the process.
